Conservation International
Terra Moana was part of the Global Tuna Initiative funded by Conservation International in 2015. The scoping of a Global Tuna Initiative, focusing on the Western Pacific countries of the Parties to the Nauru Agreement, was led by Dr Kevin Stokes. It comprised a range of seafood and environmental experts shaping an initiative to ensure improved economic returns to the region and tuna fishery sustainability.

The Terra Moana team, led by our Associate Perya Short, provided a report on the Western Pacific Tuna arena as a snapshot of the who's doing what in the region.
