Tony Craig’s ability to work with people across different cultural backgrounds was what attracted Ngāi Tahu Seafoods to contract Terra Moana to provide two key reviews working with both their management and fishing team.
Review and Analysis

This was a review of the Annual Catch Entitlement (ACE) to measure and assess Ngāi Tahu Seafoods approach to annual lease arrangements and revenue streams. This review considered fiscal and social benefits for Ngāi Tahu Iwi members of various options.

Additionally, a fleet review was undertaken which focused on the relationships and utilisation of annual quota leases through third party purchase arrangements to Ngāi Tahu fishermen in the finfish (wetfish) sector. It also analysed fisher confidence, profitability and support needs.
